The host sent detailed instructions and pictures on how to get into the main courtyard and retrieve the keys for the apartment.
The apartment itself was spacious and modern. Large shower, open plan living & dining area and a large separate bedroom.
The metro station was around a 10 minute walk, with a supermarket close by and a lovely coffee & pastry shop directly opposite the apartment.

the location is central, close to public transport. quiet but vibrant neighborhood. close to many restaurants. highly commendable that the apartment felt cosy with many personal touch from the owner.
the kitchen was not too well equipped. e.g. wine opener was already broken. one of the stove was faulty and caused a fuse to the circuit.
