Property managers are really good with communication. Via WhatsApp, any questions I had were answered within minutes if not immediately. They give very clearn insructions on how to access the apartment before arriving. It's a simple apartment. No frills. Had what I needed, including a good washing machine and air-conditioning. Close to the Mi.Co convention centre for conferences and CityLife for restaurants and shopping. Lot's of supermarkets and restaurants close by.
It's a simple apartment with a basic kitchen. OK for me but others might expect more. The airconditioner was leaking water but I realised there is a bottle on the balcony that captures water from the unit. You have to empty this. When it is full the aircon will leak water over the kitchen bench.

Perfect location. Apartment is good sized, bed comfy, kitchen equipped.
The shower is a bit tricky, the shower head doesnt stay still and the shower box is very small.

Nice location away from the buzzing centre, close to Railway station and shops. Nice little balcony to enjoy mornings and evenings on. Private and local. Helpful guidance and friendly communication with the host team.
place is run down, did not at all look like in the photos, with absolutely minimal equipment. Horrible beds with memory foam mattresses and pillows. Tiny basics missing but would be so easy to add to make for a better experience: hangers in the bathroom, tea towels for the kitchen, cushions for the outdoor chairs etc. this apartment has just enough to stay for a short while but I expected more.
