Absolutely fantastic! Host was super super responsive and helpful, they let us check out late. This is by far the best homestay we stayed at (we went with 4 people). The apartment was centrally located, spacious and full of amenities, everything was squeaky clean and host gave thorough instructions for entrance and other relevant matters. Couldn't recommend it enough!
Absolutely nothing! Small thing is that they don't have elevator but the stairs were quite flat so it wasn't a big problem at all.

Super location, close to everything and specious!
There was a strong smell in the space where the trash was located. The pillows where all same size and uncomfortable. And it is indeed noisy from the street. As well there is no really sound protection between the rooms.

A great place to stay in Hanoi. The flat is in an older residential block, which gives it plenty of local character, but the apartment itself has been renovated to a very high standard. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and very well presented.
The location is excellent - close enough to the Old Quarter to explore easily, but surprisingly quiet inside despite being close to a busy road. The road actually turned out to be a real advantage: one of the main meeting and pick-up points for many excursions outside Hanoi is just a few metres away (160 Trần Quang Khải), which made early morning trips incredibly convenient.
A very comfortable base for exploring Hanoi and the surrounding area, and somewhere I would happily stay again.

If this apartment is available book it now!!! Beautiful decor and very comfy bed, strong WiFi, smart TV and fierce air con 👍 you'll need it 😅
There is some traffic noise but not enough for me to lose any sleep.
Fabulous location close to Train street and the lake.
The hostess is very kind and helpful all communication through WhatsApp... If you're looking for a beautiful apartment in an authentic Vietnamese housing block this is for you 10/10
