Excelente ubicación y distribución del espacio. Tenía todo lo necesario para la estadía de unos días. Cocina equipada. Lavadora. Camas cómodas y toallas impecables.

The humidity. You could see molds everywhere especially the elastic part of washing machine is almost black. Also we couldn’t open the window. But no problem for short stay.

Location-wise, it is a bit of a trek from the main station—expect a 15 to 20-minute walk with luggage. However, it is quite close to the Castro Pretorio metro station and nearby bus stops, making city exploration decent. The check-in process is entirely digital. You’ll do a pre-check-in online, pay the city tax via card, and receive entry instructions (passwords and keybox details) via WhatsApp on the day of arrival. A big plus is that checking in after 10 PM doesn't incur a late fee.

但接下來是實測的缺點，請大家自行斟酌： 1. 行李惡夢： 雖然大樓有電梯，但它只停在地下室的「一半」，你還是得自己扛著行李爬下一段陡峭的階梯。 2. 空間設計奇特： 房間是樓中樓，床在下層、桌椅在上層。最令人崩潰的是床上面的天花板只有 160 公分左右！我身高 180 公分以上，待在下面基本上就是個「撞頭地獄」，每天都要被撞醒好幾次。 3. 設備與衛生問題： 地下室真的太太太潮濕了，櫃子打開甚至能看到發黴。廁所和洗澡空間超級狹小，而且完全沒有對外窗。入住當天甚至沒給吹風機，跟客服反應後隔天才掛在門口。電視也完全連不上電腦。 4. 噪音與空調： 門口的電表會持續發出吵人的噪音。如果想開冷氣，它配備的是那種落地式移動冷氣，運轉聲音大到像割草機，加上排熱管線有點脫落，結果反而把熱氣排回房間裡，越吹越熱。 最讓我無法接受的是，它最後默默加收了 60 歐元的清潔費（這趟旅程只有這間收），整體住下來真的不太舒服，CP 值非常低，空間雖然大但完全被缺點掩蓋了。 However, the reality of staying here comes with significant drawbacks: 1. The Luggage Challenge: Although there is an elevator to the basement, it only goes halfway down. You still have to haul your bags down a flight of stairs manually. 2. Awkward Layout: It’s a loft design with the bed on the bottom and the desk/chairs on top. The ceiling above the bed is only about 160 cm high. As someone over 180 cm tall, this was a total "head-bumping nightmare"—I lost count of how many times I hit my head. 3. Humidity & Hygiene: Being a basement apartment, it is incredibly damp, and we even spotted mold inside the cabinets. The bathroom and shower are tiny, cramped, and have no exterior windows. To make matters worse, no hairdryer was provided on day one; after contacting customer service, they hung one on our door the next day. The TV also refused to connect to my computer. 4. Noise & AC Issues: The electricity meter by the door makes a constant, annoying buzzing sound. If you want to use the AC, it’s a portable floor unit that is deafeningly loud. Even worse, the exhaust hose was loose, which ended up leaking hot air back into the room. To top it off, they slapped on an extra €60 cleaning fee (the only accommodation on our trip to do so). The space is large, but between the dampness, noise, and hidden costs, the price-to-quality ratio is extremely low. I cannot recommend it for comfort.
