Lovely apartment with a comfy bed and large smart tv. Access to a kitchen area with lovely coffee machine and frozen croissants for baking in a mini oven. Good location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The Termini train station was only a short 5-10 min walk away where you can catch the Metro to all over the city. The room we had was very quiet during the night and we slept very well in the comfy bed. Other points mention by previous guests was the check-in system however, we found it straight forward and had no issues. Lots of good info sent before so read up in advance. Lovely apartment and would happily stay here again.

This was a very nice room & bathroom, clean and comfortable with great coffee in the room, cookies, filtered water & coffee in the common area. The location is in a perfect location for Termini Station and staging for the rest of Roma. The only downside in my aged opinion would be as follows... I travel a lot and this is the first time I have ever done a registration, check-in and had a two day stay without any direct contact from the proprietors. No introduction, no personal welcome, no orientation, no meeting at all! Everything is set up remotely using WhatsApp, camera, and phone technology. This is probably irrelevant to the younger, tech-savvy traveler, but for my wife and I it was a bit irregular considering we are talking about the "Hospitality" business. The stay was great once we navigated the necessary apps, but somewhat impersonal in the end.

first of all i want to say that this is more like a hostel than a hotel. check in was difficult with codes and phone calls. ac is behind the curtains so we had to hang the bottom with paper clips to be able to use the ac at night. when we wiped the condensation from the ac on the floor the cloth turned black with dirt. with that standard i would have chosen a cheaper hotel

Location was slightly better than expected. Room was ok. Barhroom’s sliding door did not stay fully closed. Beds we ok. Aircondition was a little too loud. The sounds from the corridor carried into the room. Keyless entry worked fine.

This was a lovely property and I would definitely stay again. The check in process is very easy. The staff is accessible but only electronically - you won’t meet anyone. The only part of that I didn’t like is that luggage storage is basically in the common space of the hotel with no staffing, so I opted into a paid luggage service outside instead. The room is spacious. The shower is nice and hot. Good little mini bar/coffee/tea area. Overall I’d stay again and for more than one night.

This property is operated more like a B&B rather than a hotel. Service was outstanding. From initial questions before we booked the room to helpfully giving us access to the property ahead of check-in times, to a comfortable stay with free coffee and croissants for breakfast, along with water and coffee and snacks available in the common area 24/7. They also had a laundry room on the same floor which we didn't use but would be convenient for families. Water pressure for the shower was just fine. Bed was quite comfortable. Air conditioner worked very well. Overall a wonderful stay!

This place was conviently located and we were able to walk to most attractions. We had trouble with the AC so the room was warm and humid. We had to open the window to let cool air in but also let's in the bugs. I liked the convince of not having a key and using the phone to get through the first door and a code to get into the rooms so we could come and go without bothering anyone. The room was clean but a little small for 3 adults but was good enough for us.

Alessandro and the entire team is so wonderful and helpful! Every detail and answer was provided online and in real -time as needed! The view of the adjacent gardens with palm trees and the easy proximity to Termini makes this an easy choice! The Turkish embassy is within view and you can find an easy mix of Italian + Filipino + Peruvian restaurants as well as a local Pam Super market just around the corner! I loved my stay here so much that I extended for a second night!

Despite a little confusion in our initial access to the building, we were very happy with this Hotel. The room was clean, modern and well-appointed and once we engaged with the off-site support staff, access was no longer an issue. Our window opened up to a nice garden view making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is located in close proximity to some great restaurants which we really enjoyed. It is also not too far from Roma Termini, the Subway and the major bus routes. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights at the property. Is is an easy self check-in with clear instructions. There is coffee, water, a small kitchen, cookies and breakfast included. This is really cool! Though it didn't make up for the room. It looked like it hadn't been used in ages with dust everywhere (the sheets, the towels, on the lamps, the tables,..) and a window that didn't close properly. The most dusty room I have ever been to and not clean either. There are many things not well finished and it looked like a quick fix room just to make money. We complained about this and the next day the room got cleaned in a proper way (thank you!), Netflix worked again and we got a compensation (which was really nice). We appreciate the easy communication and compensation but the overall experience was not good.

It was a part of our Euro couple geataway and we stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was close to train and metro stations, about 7 minutes walk. Easy self check in. The room was quite small but clean and pleasant looking, we had an acces to a kitchen space where we could make cappuccino and use the water filter. In the room we had a Nespresso machine, capsules an some cookies, as well as we were provided with a small bottle of prosecco, which was a pleasant treat.. The cleaning was done daily. I liked the room overall minus the bed, the mattress was terrible, hard as a brick. Both me and my boyfriend had pain all over our bodies in the morning because we are used to a good ergonomic mattress, but the one we had in our room was just terrible. We left pretty tired after 3 days.

An excellent location, close to the Rome central train station (Roma termini) check in was surprisingly easy given that there was no staff. Our room was clean and tidy, everything we needed was there: towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and lotion. And the staff are very responsive to our messages.

I am not a picky person but I would really like to understand how such high ratings were given for this property ,the building had a funny smell , no one to greet you it’s what I call more like a bed & breakfast they have a central kitchen but the thing that was most disturbing was the area definitely don’t recommend for young families or singles in front of a sex cinema area is dirty and rough , I was even told by a local and our taxi driver the area is not the greatest and to be cautious. Yes it’s not too far from Roma Termini but definitely would not stay because of that. It’s unfortunate I lost my money but I just could not stay there with my family so we decided to leave after one day. Thank you to a local who helped us find another area which was lovely safe and walkable & close to attractions I just had to share my honest opinion on this

This is a place that takes some searching for. Once we found it and got assistance with getting into our room, we were good with locating it again. The AC unit didn’t work all the time. We messaged to have it fixed and it did work for a few hours or so before stopping. Super hot conditions outside would make this a miserable place to stay without AC. Thankfully it wasn’t the hottest part of the year. At night there was no breeze coming in from outside because of how the building is shaped. The croissant in the morning was delicious and we appreciated the water dispenser. Public transportation was easy and close by. Good food close by with friendly staff. Plenty of space for 4 people in the two room, 3 beds, space.

This was a wonderful place to stay while in Rome. It is clean and comfortable. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome with snacks in your room and the lobby. Management responded quickly and efficiently with our requests. It is close to bus stops, train station and Metro (10 minute walk or less). They have an area you can store your luggage, which was very helpful on our last day. I highly recommend it.

Charming location near some amazing restaurants and even a salumeria around the corner with a wide range of meats, cheeses and wine. Close to bus and metro stations. Walking distance to shopping and other conveniences, including about half a mile walk to Rome Termini train station. The room was clean and comfortable. We recommend this lovely property!
