The hotel is in a great location

Spacious elegant room, very easy get in and location

The location is very smart and convenient, close to Roma Termini, all metro lines, and bus stations. Most main attractions are just a 15-20 minute walk away. There is a big supermarket nearby, and the restaurant "Ciro Purpetta - Roma Via Goito" is close by too—their food was so delicious, we didn't eat anything better in Rome! 😂 The hotel service is excellent; they knocked early in the morning for cleaning. Checkout is at 10 AM, but they let us store our luggage until the evening. The historic Roman elevator is very interesting. The staff is perfect—when there was no coffee at night, they brought it to us themselves. Thank you

it was 20-30 minutes from the colosseum and the trevi fountain. the towels were changed everyday

The room doesn't look like the picture, the floor wasn't very clean, the bed cover was torn, there were scuff marks on the wall (most likely from the trolleys), the bathroom steps weren't even in order. The neighbors are extremely noisy and there's noise on the street too.
