Newly refurbished flat - Callander

Great location just off high street. Large spacious rooms. Sparkling clean and tidy. Great shower. Quiet area. Parking outside in private area. Comfy beds. Near high street. A great find. OwnerTracey is lovely too. Easy to walk everywhere. Shops, cafes and pubs all nearby.

The flat is in a great location close to the town centre and has a car park. We loved the river walk close by.

When we arrived the flat was very cold. We noticed all the windows were open and no heating on. We looked around for a wall thermostat and couldn’t find one. Then looked around for the central heating boiler which is hidden in a cupboard with a sticky note advising how to turn the heating on. Not very welcoming to turn up to a really cold flat (it was actually warmer outside) and then having to hunt around to find out how we turn on the heating. We had problems getting the TV to work so it would have been useful to have some guidance / instruction notes. Having since read the reviews I see that other guests also commented about the complexities with the TV set up.

Localización, estratégicamente bien situado. Es un apartamento muy acogedor, bien dotado de todo lo necesario y con extras que ayudan a que la estancia sea óptima ( detalles de bienvenida, juegos de mesa, café, leche y te para empezar, cocina muy bien equipada con horno, lavadora, microondas, calefacción central, ducha potente....), estaba limpio, olía muy bien, era calentito y luminoso, bien decorado, sofá amplio y muy silencioso. El aparcamiento amplio y fácil.

Todo nos gustó mucho, pero por poner algo las escaleras de acceso a la vivienda que son un poco rudimentarias.
