We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Italian villa. The warm welcome and the excellent homemade breakfast, with something different every morning, made it truly special. The villa offers stunning views and a well-kept swimming pool. Everything was perfect – highly recommended.

Неймовірне місце з типово лігурійським вайбом. Дуже сподобався дизайн вілли, внутрішній дизайн в коридорах з маленькою бібліотекою та друкарською машинкою. Господарі дуже гостинні та надають всю необхідну інформацію.Автентично та затишно, смачне мигдальне печиво. Гарна тераса біля кімнати з якої видно море, заспокоюючий вайб.

Практично немає скарг. Як пропозиція додати до сніданку щось типу прошутто чи салямі. Також була б вигода якби господарі ппопонували вечерю( за додатк оплату, тому іноді було ліньки йти в місто за їжею)

Posizione tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni di Sestri. Staff veramente molto gentile, attento e disponibile. Colazione abbondante e prodotti molto buoni. Pulizia impeccabile.

Personalmente il materasso risultava troppo duro, ma di tratta di gusti soggettivi

Tina is the best !

מקום מעולהף שירות יוצא מהכלל, מתאים לזוגות ולמשפחות, טינה המארחת פשוט עושה הכל כדי שנהיה מרוצים. חדרים מעולים, נקיים, ארוחת בוקר מעולה, בריכה מפנקת, קרוה מאד למרכז העיירה. מומלץ מאד לכל מי שנוסע לבקר באיזור.

Repos et calme au milieu des oliviers

La villa est située à quelques minutes du centre de sestri levante. La piscine au milieu du jardin très bien entretenu est magnifique. Les chambres et leur salle de bain sont confortable. La propriétaire est très accueillante et son petit déjeuner est très bien. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cette villa avec notre bébé de 9 mois.

Sehr schöner Pool. Schönes Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse. Gutes Frühstück. Tina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Der ganze Aufenthalt war sehr entspannend, ruhige und lockere Atmosphäre.

Sympathisch, klein, ruhig - perfekte Erholung und gute Ausgangslage für Trips in Ligurien ( Portofino, Rapallo, Camogli,

Als Gastgeberin macht das Tina mit Herzblut und ehrlicher Gastfreundschaft. Auch ihr Mann lässt sich ( wenn er nicht irgendwo als Weinbauer am Arbeiten ist ) ab und zu blicken und ist sehr sympathisch. Das Frühstück ist klein und fein und vieles ist „handgebacken“. Der Pool ist eine glatte „10“. Perfekt Lage in den Olivenbäumen und topmodern.

Die Anlage ist sehr familiär und ruhig. Für den Preis, dass sie halt ziemlich weg vom Zentrum liegt. Zu Fuss abwärts 20 Minuten, aufwärts gut 30 Minuten ( mit dem Auto jedoch kein Problem ).

Die Unterkunft wie auf den Bildern beschrieben - traumhaft. Warmer Pool, alle Gäste haben Platz, einen Parkplatz und es gibt ein süßes Frühstück von den Gastgebern. Viele Tipps und kleine Aufmerksamkeiten. Mit Auto in 5 Min im Zentrum und schnell in der Cinque Terre Region. Würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen!! Danke.

Freundlicher Empfang und symphatische Betreuung durch Tina. Familiäre Atmosphäre und trotzdem viel "Privacy". Zu Fuss ist der Bahnhof oder der Strand von Sestri Levante in 20-30 Minuten erreichbar und am Pool lässt sich herrlich entspannen. Grossartig

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in Hanglage mit Aussicht auf Sestri Levante und Meersicht. Der Stadtkern ist einfach zu Fuss erreichbar ca. 1 km. Sehr Idyllisch und Ländlich umgeben von Olivenbäumen.

Es gibt nichts Negatives auszusetzen, es war alles Top!

Un’esperienza piacevolissima grazie all’attenzione e all’impegno di Tina e Luca

Soggiorno meraviglioso nelle colline di Sestri Levante. Ho scelto questo posto individuandolo tra molti che ho valutato perché già le foto e la descrizione che la giovane coppia di proprietari ne faceva sul sito mi restituivano una sensazione di bellezza, accoglienza e contatto con la pace della natura. L’esperienza ha addirittura oltrepassato le mie aspettative: Tina e Luca si sono dimostrati gentili, premurosi e disponibili fin dal principio, dalla flessibilità dimostrata rispetto all’orario del nostro arrivo. Le colazioni sono state abbondanti, deliziose e preparate amorevolmente e quasi interamente da Tina stessa con prodotti tipici a km0. La compagnia e la conversazione è stata sempre amichevole e piacevole ed i consigli circa la ristorazione locale e le escursioni nella zona delle 5 Terre utili e preziose. La villa, di recentissima ristrutturazione, è estremamente curata in ogni dettaglio: dalle etichette delle aiuole al mobilio della sala colazioni, all’arredamento essenziale ma azzeccato della camera. In struttura è presente un’altrettanto curata ed ampia zona piscina riscaldata e dotata anche di erogatori per idromassaggio nella parte superiore del giardino, dove poter godere dei bei colori del tramonto. Tutto rispecchia la personalità affettuosa ed attenta di Tina e Luca.
