The location was exceptional. A lot of restaurants, espresso bars near by as well as pharmacy and grocery store. The outside of the building was beautiful and well maintained. High ceilings.
It was very cold at night and needs a little maintenance here and there. Nothing big but there is a broken mirror in the bathroom, shower has mildew spots all over, and a flickering light in the kitchen. The main downside though was that the washing machine didn’t work, I gave it couple of tries and asked for a little support but that didn’t help much I’m afraid. A manual or instructions for the washing machine would be helpful for the washing machine. We ended up having to go to the laundromat 10 min away.
