The staff were lovely and very welcoming
It was quite noisy. The fittings in the bathroom were all hanging off. The light switches were behind the pillows so, on several occasions in the middle of the night one of us would turn over and the lights would come on. There was also a musty smell in the lift and the breakfast room.

The staff was extremely nice and welcoming overall. However, there was one disappointing experience regarding a delivery. We had coordinated with a staff member in advance and received approval for the delivery to be brought to the hotel. When the delivery arrived, the staff’s reaction was not very pleasant, which was unexpected given that we had already discussed and received approval for it. Aside from this incident, we had a positive experience with the staff.
