There are NOT enough stars to properly rate the Redwood forests that this property sits in.

The communications with the responsible person to actually get the address had broke down...they claimed they sent it to my email and text vs. Communications through Booking com when I had to call them direct. Plus I am confused by all the 10+++ ratings on the site? It is not clear when booking about the spa and pools location and access.. No clear description of how challenging getting luggage to the cabin if its wheeled. The bedroom up a large flight of stairs did not work for me. Downstairs the wear and tear on the tile, carpets and furnishings was barely acceptable... How chinsey to have a cabin in the magnificent Redwood forest and its not priced like I am tent camping, yet I had to bring my own firewood for the fireplace AND charcoal had I wanted to use the tiny grill on the nice deck immersed in the magnificent forest and did not know that detail until after I arrived. I think its inappropriate to rate anything to do with the facility compared to the forest itself. I was UNABLE to locate the Deep Woods from the online picture, that's how "off" its represented... Stepping outside into the forest immediately blocked the very mediocre cabin...
