Good airport hotel, relatively cheap but clean and comfortable

Great option for a quick one night sleep. It's all very basic but clean and bed is comfortable. I have not tried any other services at the hotel and would probably recommend you have some food with you as there is nothing around the hotel. Free parking and secured as well.

There was nothing i did not like, i knew the type of the hotel i was going for and really for one night at the airport it's great.

One night layover flying from Switzerland to Poland.

Close to BSL airport and shuttle service. Comfy, big, clean bed. Front desk Jade, and shuttle drivers Rustam and Nolan all very friendly and helpful. Rustam even waited patiently for us after his shift had ended - due to our train being cancelled- to be sure we had a way to the hotel.

The room was very small; We missed that we needed to request shuttle 48 hours ahead of time. We were only staying one night. But staff was very helpful. Bathroom smelled of cigarettes.

No personnel service and no suitable adequate information about shuttle the airport

On the map it looks really close to the airport. But in practice it’s far away. No one could inform me when the shuttles would leave to the airport so I had to call my own taxi to reach the airport.

The hotel is perfect if you're looking for a place to rest after a long drive and catch a plane the next day. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom had a shower. The staff was excellent. I had a small problem with the light in my room (my fault), and Jade, the front desk lady, helped me out promptly, even though there were so many people checking in at the time. Thank you!

Strategic location for travel

Great location, strategically positioned for trips to Basel or Alsace. The breakfast was excellent and varied, and the B&B offers exactly the services you'd expect. Perfect parking. Well done!

Good short stay near Basel

The staff was very responsive in all the messages I have sent over the messaging app. They provided meaningful help in a timely manner and this made the stay less stressful. The free shuttle service to/from the airport is a big plus for the hotel. Thank you for making our stay comfortable. Very good value for money, for the money paid.

You definitely need a private transfer (car or taxi) to and from the main city/city centre from where the hotel is located but we knew this before arriving, so it was ok.

checkin process chaotic. There was nobody at the reception. I've found the screen to self-checkin. After full fill all the info the system identify my self asked me if I've pets, I answered no and clicked next. The system frooze (ok, it happens). Called the support (there is a button to talk with someone), the person answered the call, asked the problem. While explaining the problem, the frozen screen got back asking "are you still there?", i answered 'Yes' and it froze again. The support person, started complaining to me "you should not click yes for the answer, you should wait it for the time-out and than restart the process again" -- yeah that is how we get treated after get in to the need of support. This same person, could not wait to restart the process and hang off the phone. -- Ok, I've all the time of the universe, I gonna make all the process again -- no problem if it is mid night or later. Well, I've found the way got the code to open the door, and realize "which room is mine?", called the support again, the next support person answered the call saying "Hello how can I help you?" -- uaw, I thought finally someone wants to help. Then when I began to explain how I could be helped the person rudely/loudly yell "well, give me the reservation code" -- ok, I can search that and give you immediately -- and ask my self "why this professional of support dealing with customers asked me how he can help me if it does matter what I've to say, all it need was the reservation code". Finally got to the room. Sink of bathroom locked to prevent draining the water. The lever to remove unlock was broken, so not possible to drain the dirty water. Room can't get dark as the windows are in front lights of the street and doesn't have blinders (only curtains which has slots allowing lights to come through).

Overnight Stay Close to the Airport

Just spent the night before the flight in the morning. The room was very clean although a bit small for 4 persons (we were three). There is a big parking lot outside of the hotel free of charge. Checking in and out were super fast and without any frictions.

You need to arrange shuttle bus 48 hours before, we came during the holidays so the bus that goes directly to hotel wasnt driving. So we had to take Uber to get to hotel

Kurzer Anfahrtsweg zum Flughafen. Das Hotel hat für uns ein Uber für zum Flughafen organisiert. Wir mussten uns nicht darum bemühen und es hat top funktioniert.

Wir hörten Nachts den Baustellenlärm. Da wir vor 6:00 Morgens am Flughafen sein mussten, stand kein Shuttleservice vom Hotel zur Verfügung und wir mussten ein Uber bezahlen.

O hotel é muito confortável especialmente nos quartos, que estão bem aclimatizados. Muito prático e seguro para entrar no quarto. Com um bom serviço de pequeno-almoço. O funcionário RUSTAM é uma mais-valia para o hotel pois foi muito prestável e atencioso. Conseguiu agilizar a reserva para termos mais comodidade. Estadia que voltaria a repetir caso fizesse escala em Basileia

En güzel yanı bizi güler yüzüyle karşılayan ve işini çok sevdiği davranışlarından belli olan sevgili Maya idi. Resepsiyonist Maya'ya herşey için çok teşekkürler.

Trotz der Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens, ist es im Zimmer sehr ruhig. Es ist modern und schlicht eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr gut.

Ich hätte mich über eine kleine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer gefreut.

Hotel bien pour une nuit étape avec une proximité indéniable avec l'aéroport ! Les chambres sont confortbles et bien équipées.

Soyez vigileant si vous arriver en dehors des heures de conciergerie. Il faut se garer dehors afin de venir récuperer son code de chambre après un check in un peu compliqué sur une tablette et ensuite seulement vous pourrez vous garer à l'intérieur de l'enceinte de l'hotel
