Room was adequate. Above a bar and pho restaurant so it was pretty loud late night but I liked it.

Lovely staff. Rooms need some maintenance. Vietnamese breakfast good ,don't recommend the English breakfast. Great coffee.Good for the low price. Pool was closed & very small.
