The location and price is great.
There’s a certain smell in the room but tolerable.

Superb location - minutes from the beach, and Bun Cha and Pho place next door fabulous for delicious cheap food
Some staff friendly, others not, pool not only tiny (yes clean) but nowhere to sit and no pool towels. Left a “make my room”sign on the door and room was left unmade but water bottles were left for us… very mixed feelings about returning!

Exceptional … Really loved it.
Well the photos mentioned here are outdated, yet the rooms are so so so gooood and there’s nothing to complain about.
