HỒNG CHÂU HOTEL

Iam not the kind of person who ist making reviews but in this case i had to do it, because they are some negative comments I didn’t not understand. Iam solo traveling for 3 months now and sometimes you want to have your private room. This place was perfect. It was clean, the room was big enough, it was really bright in the room and I had a balcony. This is the lees money you are paying for worth. Iam so happy that I haven’t listen to all the bad other reviews. I had a perfect experience their.

The bed could be bigger since the room is very big and spacious.

Hotel accomodation was really perfect for different reasons: 1. Accommodating staffs: Contact person from Agoda was already very assisting even before my stay started. They also have direct contact number via WhatsApp were you can ask queries. Questions were answered very directly to help you prepare with your stay and during your stay. Even the staffs at the main hotel were very nice. By the way, the staffs were also serving guests and customers at their restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel with authentic Vietnamese goodness so you can stop by there to the try their specialties or approach them with your concerns. Surely, they would help you right away. 2. Located at the center of Da Nang City. Most of the main attractions were either near (walking distance) or very accessible via Grab. The address of the hotel itself is a Grab pick-up point so you won't worry that the Grab drivers couldn't reach you (Just pin "Phở Long Hói - 122 Hồ Nghinh"). Dragon bridge and place were Da Nang International Fireworks Festival was held (I watched last June 6, 2026) was just 10 mins from the hotel via Grab bike. You could stop by at a Night Market (Son Tra Night Market) nearby which offers food trip, souvenir hunting, massage, and many others. Son Tra Peninsula was just 18 mins via Grab car. Hoi An Ancient town and Ba Na Hills were just 54 mins away by car. If you love the beach, My Khe Beach was just a 3-min walk from the hotel. Just walk straight ahead from the hotel. There are a lot of food hubs around the hotel you could choose from. 24-Hour convenience stores are everywhere where you could get your daily necessities and purchase Vietnamese goodies to bring home at affordable prices. 3. Offers airport transfer. They will arrange a private transfer for you if you asked. I availed a round-trip private transfer that's why my airport trip had no any hassle at all. Price of service was reasonable. 4. Affordable price of stay per night. This was really perfect for solo traveler. Though toiletries should be purchased separately but that's understandable given the hotel is so budget friendly. My room was situated on a high floor so I had a nice view of the vicinity especially during the lively night lights. I can even see the giant statue of the Lady Buddha at Son Tra Peninsula from afar. Overall, my stay was quite memorable. Definitely a must-stay choice. Thank you for making my first travel on my special day very unforgettable. Hoping I could go back soon!

I checked out earlier than my scheduled date because I no longer felt safe staying here. While I was outside touring, someone entered my room without my permission or any prior notice to fix something in the bathroom. I was extremely alarmed when I found out. Guests should always be informed before anyone enters their room. The room also did not feel fully secure. The main lock is a padlock on the outside, and although there is some security from inside, the owner knows the padlock password. After this incident, I no longer felt comfortable or safe staying here. I hope the management takes guest privacy and security seriously. I would not stay here again.
