    This hotel is a nice option for the price, but it is in urgent need of management intervention. The main issue is a severe lack of facilities, and the constant excuse given by management is a shortage of staff. The service was highly frustrating—we had to ask for three consecutive days just to get our bed sheets changed, and we had to actively request fresh towels every single day. The reception staff always seemed completely overwhelmed and buried in paperwork. The entire environment looks incredibly stressful for them. The hotel desperately needs to hire young, energetic staff who can handle the pace and bring some life back to the guest experience. It has potential because of the price point, but the current service level is unsustainable.

    Its location is about 8 mins away from medina souk, takes about 50-70 dirhams one way. No slippers or toothpaste/brush. We had breakfast which was okay. Our room had bath but we couldn’t use it as there no sink plugs. Room was clean. Had outdoor pool with slide but due to weather we couldn’t use it. Overall okay.
