    Most of the reviews are correct that the receptionists do not smile. I also work in hospitality, so I am just observing, and honestly, this is not a 5-star hotel, so do not expect too much. The breakfast, however, was good—that was at least the part I enjoyed during my stay. The location is OK, but I did not see any good restaurants nearby—you need to walk a bit farther to find decent options. They do not allow deliveries to the hotel. Also, if your room is next to the road, it is very noisy. Our first night was a nightmare and we have to ask them to move us. We stayed in Casablanca and Rabat as well, so we felt dissatisfied with Marrakesh—or maybe we just had the wrong hotel. Casablanca actually had lower prices and much better service and people were more hospitable too.
