Palm Plaza Marrakech

Nadine Amzazi was probably the best hotel concierge I have met. We had an issue with the rooms, and it was only until she took over that it was finally resolved. She kept us informed and worked hard to find a solution. If only more of the Palm Plaza Marrakech hotel staff were as professional and had her service culture. They can learn a lot from her!

The facilities are good. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Swimming pool borders need some renovation. The toiletries provided do not meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel. They felt rather basic and were disappointing considering the hotel’s category.

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Plaza Marrakech and would definitely recommend it. The highlights were the fantastic entertainment team, who made every day enjoyable, and the excellent food. The breakfast and dinner buffet were outstanding, with plenty of variety and great quality. Our room during the first part of our stay was beautifully renovated and very comfortable. For the final days of our holiday we stayed in another room in an older section of the hotel, which was noticeably less modern than the renovated rooms.

There are, however, a couple of areas where a 5-star property could further enhance the guest experience: • We unfortunately left some clothing behind and enquired about having it returned to us. While we understand this may not always be straightforward, it would be helpful if the hotel could offer a solution for returning forgotten items, even if the associated shipping costs are covered by the guest. • We also noticed that airport transportation pricing varied depending on the day for the same route. Greater consistency and clearer communication around transfer costs would help ensure guests feel fully informed and confident when arranging transport.

My hotel room door was faulty and staff refused to fix the problem despite being reminded Bedroom decor and condition was quite tired not a 5 star Approach to hygiene - example guests grabbing handful of nuts when I told the breakfast team they did not change the nuts just put a spoon in Constant late night loud live music - one or two nights is fine but every night until midnight - really? WiFi was terrible constant drop out Small things that show this is not a 5 star establishment like lack of care to provide towels consistently in gym area , cheap basic toiletries in bathrooms Overall it was ok and we had a nice tome - If they address these issues it could be a nice place to stay
