About this apartment rental
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and spacious waterfront property. Nestled on the quiet part of Lake Austin, enjoy a lakefront stay with plenty of entertaining space indoors and out.
Upstairs:
Primary bedroom - King bed with ensuite bathroom. Jetted tub and walk in shower
Guest bedroom 1 - Queen bed with ensuite bathroom (tub)
Guest bedroom 2 - Two twin beds
Guest bathroom - tub/shower
Guest bedroom 3 - Queen bed
Laundry Room - washer and dryer available
Downstairs:
Open kitchen, living room, dining room and oversized windows to look out onto the lake. Large smart tv
Guest bathroom - tub/shower
Kids media room - lounging chairs and smart tv and board games
Upper Patio:
Gas grill, dining and lounging chairs. Perfect views of the lake and great summer sunsets
Lower Patio:
Firepit and more outdoor dining space
Bathroom - shower/toilet to use after time spent on the lake (don`t have to access the home to enter)
Lakefront:
Small section of sand for kids to play, and dock (boat is not available for guests)
Access to the entire home except - garage, and a few closets in the home which contains the owners personal items. Guests are welcome to hang out on the dock; however the boat is not available for use.
The driveway and the pea gravel area to the right of the driveway is the only parking available. Please do not use the street to park and do not park on the easement across the street. The driveway is steep and can be hard to back out of if it rains, please keep this in mind when pulling all the way down.
We give our guests space but are available when needed. Please message if you have any questions/concerns/needs - we are happy to accommodate.
