Swanky new construction house in upscale neighborhood brought low by unresolved plumbing issues throughout weekend. Only tepid water in showers, one toilet would not flush, and a lingering smell of sewage/septic tank throughout downstairs. Host/property manager was always available by phone and promised repair from a plumber, but the help never came. Manager told me we were the second ever short-term guests at the property, so hopefully these issues can be easily resolved allowing for other guests to enjoy.
