The pool and decks were so dirty -leaves, algae, etc. and we were told it would be cleaned. That never happened so we were unable to use those amenities that had been part of the appeal of the property. The home itself was great but unless it's going to be managed better, I wouldn't promote it or charge a rate commensurate with having a pool.
