Cross the entry bridge (the bridge to Happiness) to access this two-story vacation rental of 2650 square feet living space plus two partially covered terraces sleeps 8 guests in a modern atmosphere reminding of an exquisite boutique hotel. Be one of the first guests in this luxurious accommodation built in 2018.
Ample parking space is available (two-car garage, two parking places adjacent to the house, more off street private parking).
The residence includes two spacious master suites with calming views and 2 bedrooms with queen beds and private bathroom, each with direct exit to the large terraces with hill country views.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
This spacious vacation rental is drenched in natural light and enjoys spectacular hill country views from almost every window. A large open kitchen with island bar and pendant lighting will make catering a breeze on those nights you want to stay in. Alternatively, enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace.
At the second floor, the living room features a 65-inch flat screen TV and comfortable leather couches. The views from the 8-seat dining table will are unmatched. The dedicated WiFi access point provides quick and reliable internet connection. The large glass door brings the exquisite view inside.
Also at the second floor, the master bedroom has a king-size bed. The adjacent master bathroom features a Jacuzzi soaking tub. The deep walk-in closet completes the master suite.
At the first floor a second master suite features a king bed, bathroom and closet. Two more bedrooms share a Jill-and-Jack bathroom. A wet bar with a love seat shortens the time-to-coffee.

It was wonderful having bedrooms for all 3 of our children and their spouses as well as our 2 little grandpup! We all came to Austin for our son’s graduation from a Master’s program at UT. The view from the back outside seating area was gorgeous! We were high on a hill and we all loved looking out at the expansive view!The freezer stopped working but the host immediately came over to check it out and he called a repairman. The host shut it off and turned it back on. About a half hour later the freezer started working again. We didn’t have any other problems with it and we appreciated the host’s prompt response. It would have been nice to have more artwork and decorations in the house. It would have been nice if it was homier but it was roomy and we all enjoyed our time together!

The house was immaculately clean. All was excellent except they need to buy more/better towels for the guests. The towels were awful, especially for such a nice house. The location and house itself, nice

Views were gorgeous and lots of space. We had 7 family members staying for 3 nights. Cleanliness was ok. The gas grill was unusable, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. Char build up on the grill grates. The shared bathroom toilet wouldn't flush but the host came the next day and fixed it. The bathroom pocket door in the downstairs master bath comes off thre track and dad got locked in there for about a half hour. We did find New Years Eve 2022 masks and glasses in the sofa…
