The “Lumme” (built in 2019) is securely moored at the dock in Marina Grossenbrode.
Guests do NOT operate the boat, so a boat license is not required!
From the approximately 30 qm2 rooftop terrace, complete with a beach chair and 2 sun loungers, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the bay—or you can relax on the lower terrace, which is usually sheltered from the wind and features a cozy nook and plenty of seating.
With approximately 40 square meters of individually and very personally—yet modernly—furnished space, the houseboat offers plenty of room for 4 people.
In the light-filled, open living/dining area with a cozy seating area and floor-to-ceiling windows, almost every wish is fulfilled.
Integrated, very well-equipped kitchenette with a gas stove and microwave; a dining area for 4 people right on the water; and an open, cozy living area with a view of the boats.
The illuminated floor-to-ceiling window is, of course, the highlight in the evening.
On cooler days, infrared heating in all rooms provides cozy warmth.
The boat features two separate, private, and cozy bedrooms.
One room has a double bed (160x200 cm), and the second bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm), one of which is a loft bed with a ladder and a safety rail.
Both rooms are, of course, equipped with a built-in closet and feature fly/mosquito screens on the windows, as well as blackout pleated blinds.
The view of the harbor right from your bed is, of course, included!
The bathroom features a toilet, shower, and sink.
The entryway closet area offers plenty of storage space for shoes and jackets.
You can park your car for free on the Marina Grossenbrode grounds,
and guests are welcome to use the barbecue area. In the marina’s laundry facility, you’ll find a washing machine and a dryer available for a fee (tokens available at the marina office).
Smoking is prohibited on and inside the houseboat!
Pets are allowed and can be added to your booking for a flat fee.
Bed linens and towels are NOT included in the rental price and must be brought by you.
