About this house rental
The recently restored house is located in the center of the Ile d'Oléron, in the small village of l'Aiguille 2 minutes by car (5 minutes by bike) from Boyardville and its pretty sandy beaches.
The house has two large bedrooms (14 and 16 square meters) upstairs, each equipped with a 160X200 bed and a dressing room, as well as a children's bedroom with two 80X200 beds.
On the first floor, you can enjoy a living room with TV and large sofa, a space to have your meal and a fully equipped kitchen (pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine).
Outside, you can enjoy two terraces with garden furniture, one in front, the other at the back of the house; each with a small garden.
A private parking lot with two spaces will also be at your disposal.
The geographical location of the village means that you will be close to the various points of interest of the island.
For example:
- Port of Boyardville (shops, restaurants, summer market): 1.5 km.
- Boyardville beaches: 2 km (note that in this sector of the island, the beaches are not dangerous and accessible to swim at all hours regardless of the tide; they obtained this spring the maximum score on the independent site "labelleplage.fr").
- Golf d'Oléron 9 holes: 2 km.
- The capital of the island, Saint-Pierre d'Oléron (shops, museum, cinema, daily market, supermarkets): 5 km.
- Ileo Aquatic Centre: 7 km.
