Located five minutes from the city center of Saint Pierre d'Oléron, close to all shops (5 minutes by bike from the market of St Pierre), at the foot of the cycle paths, this beautiful Charente house in exposed stones completely renovated will seduce you with its neat services and its cozy atmosphere. Ideally located in the heart of the island for your visits. It is located in a typical village La Boirie, quiet area. 10 minutes by car from the beaches.
It includes a beautiful living room with living room, dining room, office area for teleworking and fully fitted and equipped kitchen. It is composed of 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 toilets (including 1 on the first floor).
This holiday home features a patio with garden furniture, dining table and barbecue facilities. You can even store your bicycles in it.
This lovely villa can accommodate up to 6 people.
The rooms:
1 Double bedroom (160x200cm bed) attic (you can stand all around the bed) with wardrobe
1 Double bedroom (140x190cm bed) with wardrobe
1 double bedroom (2 beds of 80x200cm) possibility of joining them for a double bed (160x200) with wardrobe + desk for teleworking
1 bathroom (walk-in shower, single sink) + WC.
Living spaces:
The patio with wooden deck, garden furniture, dining table, barbecue, dartboard!
A beautiful living room well arranged for your family board game evenings, with a mini table football. A flat screen TV (51 inches) is also at your disposal. A dining room with a rectangular table + desk area with computer screen (28 inches) available + HDMI cable.
The kitchen:
The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, 1 sink, coffee machine (filter), kettle.
The pantry has a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Baby: cot with mattress, high chair, baby bath, plates, cutlery and glasses available.
Possibility to rent household linen (see with our concierge directly). Basic cleaning is included.
Miscellaneous: Wifi connection, parking space (at the top and bottom of the village), possibility to unload your belongings in front of the house.

Non-smoking house. Parties not allowed. Pets not allowed.
Arrival and departure day in High Season: Sunday.
Rates vary depending on the season: Off-season basis between 400 and 800 euros per week and High season between 950 euros and 1,400 euros. The tourist tax is applicable throughout the year from 01 January 2024. It is based on the real regime of 1.65 euros per night and per adult. Bookings for weekends: minimum invoicing of 400 euros in Off-season.
An EDF reading is carried out on arrival and departure for the period from November to the end of April of each year. Electricity consumption is the responsibility of the tenants.
The amount of the security deposit is up to 1,000 euros + a security deposit for the household of 150 euros + a certificate of civil liability insurance.
