About this house rental
A tastefully renovated historic home with a south-facing garden. The house is located in Sauzelle, an authentic village on the island of Oléron. The Saumonards Forest and Gautrelle Beach are just 1 km away. The beach and the towns of St. Georges, St. Pierre, and Boyardville are all accessible via a continuous bike path.
The house is bright and cozy. It consists of:
- a main living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a TV lounge
- a sunroom with a view of the garden
- 3 bedrooms: 1 with a 160-size bed, another with a 140-size bed. The third bedroom features a 140-bed loft bed and a sofa.
- a bathroom with dual sinks and a spacious shower
- separate toilet
Outside, you’ll find:
- a large parking space in front of the gate
- a 200 m² garden
- a 40 m² covered patio with a seating area and bar
As for amenities, you’ll have access to a TV, a stereo system, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a conventional oven and a microwave, a barbecue, and a plancha.
Bath towels and linens are available (additional charge).

Séjour au top, la maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée pour la famille.

Super propriété, bien située pour sillonner sur l'île. La maison est très cosy, bien entretenue. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille.
Grand plus : le jardin et l'espace extérieur couvert dans lesquels il est possible de se détendre quel que soit le temps.
L'annonce le laisser présager et nous n'avons pas été déçus, cette location est très plaisante à tout point de vue.
