Close to the island's magnificent beaches, the local market and shops, you will enjoy a quiet garden of 300m2, entirely surrounded by walls, and a beautiful wooden terrace of 40m2.

You will have at your disposal deckchairs, an outdoor lounge (with armchairs, mattresses, cushions) to relax as well as a dining area with plancha to take your meals outside.

Practical information:
-The house is next to the bike paths and equidistant from the east and west beaches of the island (15 min by bike). You can walk around the village to do your shopping: bakery around the corner, market 5 minutes away (open all year round), many shops (supermarket carrefour contact, newsagent, pharmacy, etc.)
- Our rentals are from Sunday to Sunday to allow you to arrive on the island serenely and ensure the peace of mind of your holidays (access to the bridge and traffic being more fluid on Sundays than on Saturdays). Privileged week-to-week rentals in high season and during school holidays.
- Cleaning is included in the price of the stay.
- Sheets, towels, bath mats and dish towels not provided; linen optional for a fee (indicative: 80€ for 6 people, 55€ for 4 people)
- If you bring your own sheets, the duvets are 220x240 (double bed) and 140x200 (single bed)
- Travel cot with mattress, high chair and baby bath available on site
- Charging station for electric car 5 min walk
- Bike rental in Saint-Georges near the house
- The house is located in a village, please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. No noise after 10 p.m., especially outside. By renting our property, you agree to respect our internal rules.
