Whether you’re planning a relaxed beach holiday or using Fuengirola as a base to explore the Costa del Sol, this well-located home offers everything needed for a comfortable stay.



Your Home Away from Home



Situated on a quiet residential street, this fully air-conditioned house has been carefully equipped to provide a relaxed and welcoming environment. The property offers private terraces with seating, sun loungers, and a dining area, as well as access to a communal swimming pool that is ideal for cooling off and enjoying the sunshine.



Casa ToLouise is arranged over two floors and includes three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests, with an additional sleeping option available on the sofa bed. Inside, guests will find a well-equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area with HD TV and Wi-Fi. A dedicated workspace with a monitor and printer is also available, making the house particularly suitable for remote work stays.



Private garage parking is included, along with free street parking nearby. The train station, with direct connections to Málaga Airport, is around an eight-minute walk away, while the beach can be reached in approximately ten minutes on foot.

A car is not essential, although having one provides additional flexibility to explore nearby destinations such as Mijas Pueblo, Marbella, and other highlights of the Costa del Sol.

The communal swimming pool is available during the summer season. This property does not have a private hot tub. There are some steps at the entrance and within the house, which may make it less suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Guest Access:

You have full and exclusive use of the whole house for the duration of your stay. The garage parking is private. The terraces are private. The swimming pool is located a 5 minute walk away as it serves townhouses and is NOT in a typical building community. The pool is open in Summer months only.



The Neighborhood:

You location is what makes this house ideal. Unlike many large houses and villas, Casa ToLouise is located within walking distance of the beach and all amenities! Not only are you just 10 minutes walk to the seafront, where you find hundreds of restaurants and shops, it’s only an 8 minute walk to the train station which is linked to the airport terminal meaning a hire car is optional. If you do hire a car, which is recommended simply to take advantage of the proximity of so many great places to go in Andalucia, you have private garage parking for one car and plenty of street parking outside for another.



Getting Around:

There is private parking in a garage accessed from the street, directly underneath the house.



The bus route is just 10 minutes walk away.



The train route is just 8 minutes walk away. The train is linked to all the major coastal towns and also the airport, meaning a hire car whilst recommended due to the many things it allows you to do, is absolutely not a requirement.
