Stunning Beachclose Villa by Costarentals - Ref 03

Great location with stunning views, close to train station and for a family with no car we could access supermarkets and restaurants etc with ease. Property had good facilities and plenty of space with everything we needed. Property was clean and welcome box was a nice touch too. Information provided from company was thorough and they were easy to contact when there was an issue. We had a couple of problems with things not working but maintenance team were quick to respond and fixed things quickly. We were able to collect keys from airport which was really great for us when arriving later in evening.

Quite a steep hill to get to the property so not the best for anyone with mobility issues but we managed it ok. Property and land it is located on is a little worn and could use some attention. (Few broken tiles in pool and on steps, things being generally a little 'worn') but to be fair we felt this was reflected in price compared with villas of same size and similar location. We were asked for a 200 euro holding deposit on arrival as we had reserved via booking.com which wasn't a huge issue but feel we should have been advised before arrival of this.

Location fantastic Great size for our group All the facilities were there for us

Only issue was that we couldn’t open the gate to allow cars to be parked on property

Outside area and bedrooms great size the views weee amazing

No walk In shower only 2 over the baths not enough showers for large party . The area as you walk up to the villa was run down

Amazing views, good beds, big rooms, good equipment

Some dishes were stinky and the floor was dirty, so it was necessary wear shoes all the time. There was also bad smell in some rooms because of lack of ventilation
