No really easy but we figured it out! We had no idea the keys would be hidden in a place across the road at another building. Our parking spot had been taken but we informed the host and she fixed this by the next day.
Getting access to the key was not easy at all, we were not told the keys would be in a security box at another building nearby, were were sent pictures and told they were "below the building" but it was dark and it took us 20 minutes to find them. We were tired and this was stressful.

Die gesamte Anlage war immer gepflegt und sauber, obwohl wir im November da waren. Auch das Schwimmbad, Sauna und Fitnessbereich waren sauber und sind täglich gereinigt worden.
Das Geschirr und Besteck war ausreichend, aber hätte auch etwas mehr sein können. Eine zweite Wolldecke für den Balkon abends wäre im November auch nicht schlecht gewesen.
