Pros: The views and location was perfect.
Flat is in a perfect condition.
Check in and out was smooth.
Underground parking also very helpful
Cons: The airco didn’t seem to work properly and caused the floor to get wet all times.
I am sure they will have it fixed soon.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much. It is very well equipped, modern furnished and has some extra features (like Bluetooth box, TV with surround system, gas grill etc.). The apartment is spacious and located in a new residential complex, with very nice sea view and remarkable quietness.
Beach and shopping facilities are nearby (on foot, however, the way back is very steep and yet quite long).
Unfortunately, the remote control to the garage did not work, so we always had to park the rental car in the heat on yet very steep terrain on the street. Cameras in the living room and on the terraces could irritate.
All in all, an ideal apartment for people who do not want to spend their vacation directly on the beach and in the middle of the tourist hustle and bustle.
