The 75 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning and heating in all rooms, as well as a washing machine.
Your private outdoor area features a pool, an open terrace, and a covered terrace. An additional shared pool (open from May until November) is also available for your use. Please note that there are temporary building works around the property.
A parking space is available in an underground garage. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. An elevator is available in the building.

Additionally, there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which could impact the use of the pool, garden watering, or limit tap water usage. Arrivals after 23:30 are available for an extra fee.
