Whether you’re here to relax or explore, our home offers the ideal blend of comfort, space, and proximity to the best attractions North Conway has to offer.
Inside, you’ll find plenty of room to unwind with two cozy living rooms, a charming screened-in porch, and a spacious outdoor deck—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening stargazing. The layout provides ample space for everyone to spread out or come together for quality time.
Our prime location is truly unbeatable. Enjoy the convenience of a private walking path to Diana’s Baths, where the beauty of cascading waterfalls awaits. Within just 5 minutes, you can reach iconic local spots like Cathedral Ledge, Echo Lake, and the vibrant North Conway Village, known for its quaint shops, restaurants, and year-round charm.
For outdoor enthusiasts, we’re just minutes away from Cranmore Mountain and Attitash Mountain, making skiing, hiking, and mountain biking easily accessible. Whether you’re hitting the slopes, exploring the trails, or enjoying the scenic beauty of the valley, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

We live right it town if you need anything at all!
Serene, private neighborhood, ideally located close to restaurants, shopping and all of the area`s best natural attractions. 5 minutes to North Conway Village, 7 minutes to the outlets, less than 10 minutes to both Attitash and Cranmore for winter sports, 12 minutes to Storyland, 5 minutes to Cathedral Ledge, and 4 minutes to Echo Lake. And best of all, the neighborhood offers a private walking path to Diana`s Bath - no need to compete for parking!
Plenty of space for 3 automobiles in front of the house.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- No fireworks or other illegal activities
- No outside fires or fire pits
- Parking is limited to 3 automobiles (No off-road or recreational vehicles.)
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
