With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths there is plenty of space to accommodate a family of 10 and tons of local attractions just minutes away that will entertain everyone._
This rental is located within a 10 minutes walk/2 minutes drive to Echo Lake and the Saco River.
Check-In: Will take place at a local Real Estate office any time after 4:00pm – Specific instructions and addresses will be emailed upon booking confirmation
Amenities include: Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Roku for streaming, VCR, DVD player, gas grill, 4 mini split AC units (living room and 3 bedrooms), pellet stove and high speed internet.
First Level: living room with queen size pull out sofa (sleeps 2), dining area, kitchen, bedroom with queen (sleeps 2), and full bath.
Second Level: bedroom with queen (sleeps 2), bedroom with queen and set of bunks (sleeps 4), and full bath.
Available for summer, fall and spring short term rentals.
Extended Winter Seasonal Rental $12,000 (Call for Details)
