This house is located in desirable North Conway abutting Echo Lake State Park and is a short drive from Cathedral Ledge, Diana's Bath and Downtown North Conway (Zebs, Conway Scenic Railroad, The Met, Horse Feathers, Stairway Café, The Penguin, Nestled on a peaceful wooded corner lot bordering Echo Lake State Park, this welcoming North Conway retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and convenience for your White Mountains getaway.

Step inside to a bright and inviting main living area featuring a large wraparound sectional, comfortable seating, and a dedicated workspace with a printer—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure or catching up on a bit of work. (Please note: the wood stove is not available for guest use.) The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area, where a large table seats up to eight guests for shared meals, conversations, and family game nights. A generous selection of board games adds to the fun.
The spacious, well-equipped kitchen offers plenty of counter space, ample cabinetry, and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. An additional breakfast table provides casual seating, while a convenient three-quarter bathroom is located just off the kitchen.
Just beyond, the cozy family room features a flat-screen TV and sliding glass doors that open to the private back deck. Enjoy your morning coffee, grill dinner on the gas grill, dine outdoors, relax in the lounge chairs, or gather around the fire pit under the stars. (Fire pit use requires a permit.)
Upstairs, you'll find comfortable sleeping accommodations, including three inviting bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a spacious bunk room that's perfect for kids and larger groups. The lower level provides even more space to gather, featuring a TV lounge, bar area, ping pong table, tabletop foosball, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Whether you're hiking the scenic trails of Echo Lake State Park, exploring the shops and restaurants of North Conway Village, or simply relaxing on the deck surrounded by nature, this home is the perfect base for your White Mountains getaway. The house was perfect for a family vacation! Clean, had everything we could have needed, and super convenient location! We very much enjoyed our stay, and the property managers were very responsive and helpful when we had a couple of questions over the weekend.

Great location and spacious for a family with small children., clean and easy check in/out. A little disappointed that we were left with only a 1/2 roll of paper towels and no extra kitchen trash bag. For the it seems like those things should be standard. Could not use the firepit due to burn restrictions but understandable
