About this apartment rental
The Mad Pearl Condo on Madeira Beach, Florida in the Madeira Beach Yacht Club gated complex. Just remodeled waterfront unit on the ground floor has a screened lanai and only 1 block from the gulf.
Newly updated 1 bedroom, with walk-in shower. Highlights include new walk-in shower, quartz countertops, new cabinets, king bed, 55 inch smart TV, w/d, cookware/utensils, basic supplies, gas grill and padded outdoor couch and chairs in lanai.
MBYC is a long complex of condos with only one side facing the bay, which this one does. Our condo is on the west end, which makes it a short walk across the street to the beautiful beach, Archibald park and the Snack Shack. It is conveniently located across the street from Madeira Beach Library and CVS and many bars & restaurants including some of our favorites (Mario's, Frabatta's, Salt water Hippie, The Cambria rooftop , Daiquiri Shack, Lucky Lizard, The Reef, Ice cream, Coastal Tacos , Thai Star just to name a few you can walk to.) Johns Pass is 2 miles south and is walkable, however there is a trolley stop one block away that provides transportation up and down the beaches . Johns Pass has a boardwalk with shopping, bars, dolphin tours, fishing & sunset tours.
You will have access to all amenities that MBYC has to offer including 2 heated salt water pools, sauna shower/dressing room & public docks with cleaning stations for fishing . The complex is directly across from ROC park that has basketball, tennis & many community events with food trucks , carnivals and fireworks.
There is a 7 day minimum rental, with a 2 person guest limit. The bedroom has a comfortable pillow top king bed/dresser & the living room has a new leather sofa, swivel chair, end tables, kitchen table/chairs, TV above console table. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, regular coffee maker, washer and dryer and all needed cooking and dining utensils. Trash bags, basic cleaning supplies provided. A gas grill is located across from the lanai door to the condo. 161 C is marked on the cover. Please pull out the grill to the patio area for a bay view next to an umbrella and patio/picnic table and benches.
A beach cart, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler & umbrella are provided for your use .
A small starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, trash bags, cleaning products and a variety of spices are provided but not unlimited. A Publix grocery store is nearby. Hairdryer is also furnished in the walk-in shower stall bathroom. Towel towels are also provided.
***** Added benefit for couples, families, girls beach trip or mens fishing vacation looking to vacation together but want some space . Our neighbor also has a nicely updated 1 bedroom 1 bath condo with Lanai located directly next to each other. Perfect option to stay right next to each other and enjoy the beach, pool and grilling together but have the flexibility of your own private spaces.

Lovely, clean home with all the amenities that you need. Amazing location. A short stroll to the beach and grocery store. You can explore the coast on the trolley $2.25 a ride. The pools at the yacht club were lovely!

Perfect spot for a week at the beach! The condo is very nicely updated, super clean, and comfortable! The screened in porch is a great addition and nice place to hang out and enjoy the Florida air! Quick 5 minute walk to the beach with a wagon and all of beach essentials are provided to ensure a great set up! Pools were also very nice and never too crowded. Dolphins could be spotted daily from the walking path around the condo complex. We rented a car but definitely did not need to as the condo is within walking distance to some great restaurants as well as a grocery store and CVS just across the street! Wonderful place to stay! Would gladly return!

Everything was great except the parking issue with the office people. The July 3&4 were bad for parking because the gate was open as a matter of fact it was open the whole two weeks. Not very secure!

This condo is a very nice place to stay great location and condo is modern. The host is super easy to get ahold of and answer any question you may have. I would definitely recommend this condo if you are staying in the area!
