Please note that clubhouse (gym, jacuzzi and hot tub) is temporarily closed due to hurricane damage. Two heated swimming pools are open. Completely remodeled, beach theme decorated, a beautifully furnished second-floor condo just steps away from the white silky sandy beach! Ideal for romantic vacations, honeymoon escapes, and getaways! Located in Madeira Beach Yacht Club - private gated community, free parking, two outdoor heated swimming pools, and 4 fishing piers. Clubhouse with billiards room, a small well-equipped gym, Jacuzzi/hot tub, sauna, showers, and locker rooms. Only a short walk to the grocery and drug stores, specialty shops, restaurants, and post office. The condo is located across the street from Memorial Water Front Park, with new public basketball and tennis courts, a library, and a playground for youngsters. Johns Pass Village is one mile away, Bush Gardens and Tampa a 30-minute drive, the Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg a 20-minute drive, and Walt Disney World and Universal Studio a 90-minute drive.
Newly remodeled high-end kitchen with granite counters and brand new stainless steel appliances is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, glass-top stove, refrigerator and freezer with ice-maker, laundry center (washer and dryer), sink garbage disposal, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, all dishes, cookware, utensils. The master bedroom offers a brand new queen-size pillow-top bed, 2 closets, a dresser, and a ceiling fan with remote control. Also, a new comfy pull-out queen sleeper sofa is in the living room. There is a 50-inch TV in the living room. Free WI-FI, cable TV, Netflix. The outdoor balcony has seating and a table. Beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella are provided as well as linens, bath towels, and a hairdryer. HOA requires all guests to register at least 7 days prior to arrival. The minimum stay is 5 nights.

1-This space was absolutely beautiful inside. Not a crumb of dirt or dust anywhere. Very beautifully decorated. Had everything you needed if you forgot something.2-No one was there to get a parking pass as we arrived on Friday at 4. We did not receive the code to the door and the host argued with me that I did. Also, it was supposed to be across the street from the beach, and it was two streets. There was never anywhere to park at the beach. I am 68 and just had a procedure on my back, as I explained to her, and she smarted me off and said “So!” What do you want me to do about it! Totally rude! And to add, she was a foreigner, I am not. Maybe she acts like that where she’s from, but I get upset when someone isn’t truthful in what they say and describe. Never again.

Stayed April 10-24. Condo was very clean and tidy with everything needed. Was sad to see the grocery store wasn't open yet and a few other businesses closing but it wasn't a major problem. Condo very close to the beach and we had access to a wagon, large umbrella, chairs etc. A cooler wasn't available. The Saltwater Hippie bar is steps away and is a happening spot most nights. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would book it again.

The condo is even nicer than the pictures and reviews indicate. All of the details and amenities are very well appointed. Natalia is very quick to respond and is very accommodating. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!
