About this apartment rental
Please note that clubhouse (gym, jacuzzi and hot tub) is temporarily closed due to hurricane damage. Two heated swimming pools are open. Completely remodeled, beach theme decorated, a beautifully furnished second-floor condo just steps away from the white silky sandy beach! Ideal for romantic vacations, honeymoon escapes, and getaways! Located in Madeira Beach Yacht Club - private gated community, free parking, two outdoor heated swimming pools, and 4 fishing piers. Clubhouse with billiards room, a small well-equipped gym, Jacuzzi/hot tub, sauna, showers, and locker rooms. Only a short walk to the grocery and drug stores, specialty shops, restaurants, and post office. The condo is located across the street from Memorial Water Front Park, with new public basketball and tennis courts, a library, and a playground for youngsters. Johns Pass Village is one mile away, Bush Gardens and Tampa a 30-minute drive, the Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg a 20-minute drive, and Walt Disney World and Universal Studio a 90-minute drive.
Newly remodeled high-end kitchen with granite counters and brand new stainless steel appliances is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, glass-top stove, refrigerator and freezer with ice-maker, laundry center (washer and dryer), sink garbage disposal, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, all dishes, cookware, utensils. The master bedroom offers a brand new queen-size pillow-top bed, 2 closets, a dresser, and a ceiling fan with remote control. Also, a new comfy pull-out queen sleeper sofa is in the living room. There is a 50-inch TV in the living room. Free WI-FI, cable TV, Netflix. The outdoor balcony has seating and a table. Beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella are provided as well as linens, bath towels, and a hairdryer. HOA requires all guests to register at least 7 days prior to arrival. The minimum stay is 5 nights.

The condo has everything needed to enjoy a nice vacation to Florida. Excellent amenities, walk to the beach, store, and several restaurants within walking distance. Will rent this unit again in the future

This property is extremely clean with quality updates. It is located in a nice area with an easy walk to the beach. Natalia provided detailed and concise information about the condo so we knew exactly what to expect when we arrived. We are very thankful for the use of beach chairs and towels that were provided.

Our host, Natalia, was fantastic! She explained everything very well and always answered our questions in a timely manner. Her Condo was very clean and we had everything we needed.
