About this apartment rental
Located a few hundred yards from the beautiful white sandy Gulf beach, this 1 bedroom, 1 ½ bath, 2-story townhome has it all .Drink your morning coffee overlooking the inter-coastal waterway from your balcony or picnic by the water’s edge or pool. Dolphins are often seen in the inter coastal feeding.
Enter into the living room-complete with, Smart TV, and wifi. The main floor has a fully equipped galley style kitchen with dishwasher and microwave adjacent to the dining area. The ½ bath and laundry area complete the first floor. Upstairs is a huge bedroom with a king size bed, adjacent sitting area,futon sofa, Smart TV, and full bath.
It’s just a short walk across the road to the beach where playful dolphins are often seen and the sunsets are a must! CVS, Madeira Beach recreation building, ball fields, tennis courts, public library and ROC Municipal Park are also just a few steps from the door. Several dining & entertainment venues are walking distance or grab the Beach Trolley for a trip- to John’s Pass.
Madeira Beach is an easy drive from both St Petersburg/Clearwater Airport or Tampa and you don’t even need a rental car if you choose; the Beach Trolley runs all the way from Clearwater to Passe Grille.

Our unit is complete with full kitchen amenities, cable TV and wifi, washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, small cooler and umbrella. Just pack your clothes and head to the beach!

Its a great place to stay for Madeira Beach... Short walk to grocery store, pharmacy and most of all the beach. There is a great bar with live music at the end of the block and you can easily walk to John's Pass. We had a rental car so we drove into Tampa a few times for dinner but there is no reason to do that unless you are a foodie. We would recommend staying here and will consider coming back in the future.

We loved our stay at the Madeira Beach Yacht Club 201 H! It was close to everything yet had so many amenities you didn't have to leave!
My older son loved the gym and my younger son loved the pools and pool tables!
The home was so nice to come home to after a long day at the beach or sightseeing!

I highly recommend staying here! Great place and community. The place was clean and fully equipped. Almost everything you need is walking distance… grocery store; beach , restaurants, ice-cream and bars if you’re looking for that. There are also plenty of places just a short drive away .
