During this time, associations and owners may schedule routine maintenance, updates and improvements, so there may occasionally be nearby daytime noise between November 1 and February 28. Our reduced seasonal rates reflect this possibility.

Doorways, bathrooms, and tub/shower entries have standard residential dimensions and may not accommodate mobility devices. Guests using wheelchairs or walkers will need to travel along the street to reach that access point.

The condo was spacious and great for our needs. We stayed for 6 nights a family of 5. My only complaint was the shower water temperature was limited. I perfer a hot hot shower, so this is a personal opinion.

The room on the bottom floor was OK but we did find dirty under clothes and items that should’ve already been found by the cleaning crew or whoever does that before we even arrived. Also it we had a lot of rain and the rain pooled at our door step so that you were walking through water trying to get in the door of your condo. The wine cooler did not work and there weren’t any extra blankets for any room in case you got cold with the rain. It definitely change the temperament in the condo as well as our ability to go to the beach but that’s out of anybody’s control.

There are only a few things that you could honestly say negatively about this place. We stayed on the ground level and beside the pool and walkway to the beach, a long with right outside the front door was the stairs to the other levels. I was concerned with noise/commotion with having 2 under the age of 2 years old. We also traveled across time zones and that added to my hesitancy with booking but we could not have had a better experience if we tried! The noise was never an issue. There were a few issues with the unit itself and the staff and management went above and beyond to ensure we were compensated and taking care of. We stayed there for an entire week and were sad to leave. The only thing I would suggest to the next is to ensure all appliances, doors and lights work before assuming they do. Again, they will fix any problem immediately but to save yourself from the hassle just check everything before you need it. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to everyone!

We have stayed at Nautilus in the past but it was our first stay in this condo. We had 4 littles under 4 and this condo location & the layout was soooo perfect for us! It truly made this vacation 10000x better because of how close we were to the beach and the pool. The condo was extremely clean and spacious!
