Water’s Edge condominiums are located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This gulf front property is perched high above the emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the white sandy beach and listen to the waves roll in and watch the watercolor sunsets in the evenings. Water’s Edge 102 is perfect for beachgoers with children. This ground floor unit is a short thirty second walk around the corner to the pools and beach.
The Space:
This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, breakfast bar, and dining area. A full-size washer and dryer. Ten-foot ceilings with glass sliders leading out to a private patio with grassy lawn. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests and a 65” smart flat screen TV. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a large walk-in closet, a flat screen TV, a private bathroom with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower, a separate dressing area, and glass sliders leading to the patio. A second bedroom with a queen size bed and a 19” TV/DVD player. A third bedroom with twin size bunk beds and a 19” TV/DVD player (This area is decorated with a nautical theme for children). A second full size bathroom in the hallway.

Lovely place! We decided at the last minute to visit FWB instead of our usual Destin or Pcola trip. I am thrilled that we found this place! It’s cute, clean, comfortable and right on the beach. We had 4 teens with us and the easy beach access was perfect. You are tucked away in the corner so you do not have to worry too much about other guests walking past your door. The pool is right outside and the beach is 3 minutes out the back door. Loved the chair service. You get two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily. You do need to go down and ask for it and there is a possibility there won’t be any left so do not wait until afternoon to do this. We left several shirts behind in a closet and did not realize it until several days later. They were so kind to send them back. Most places would have claimed they never found them. 10/10 will be back!

We loved our stay here. The unit was clean and up to date. The communication between us and the host was prompt and easy! They left toiletries, hand soaps and dish washer detergent. There were games to play. We meet up with out of town families at waters edge every year and this has hands down been our favorite trip yet! Having a beautiful place to stay made it that much better!

This was the perfect three bedroom condo for my family. It is laid perfectly, so that kids have their own room; making bedtime and naps easier.

The stay was good, wish there was an inside lock so the kids couldn’t open up the door. Was very disappointed in the floors kept had to clean our feet off, that is the only two things I didn’t like about the condo, well one more thing need better mattresses.
