About this apartment rental
Fifth-floor Gulf-front condo with sliding doors leading to a private balcony that has an incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico and sugar white sandy beach. The master bedroom is on the Gulf side of the unit to better to enjoy the view and surf sounds. The second bedroom has built-in bunk beds. Other features of this amazing vacation rental unit include a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer in the unit. It is well equipped with dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare meals. There are a table and chairs on the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or sip wine while enjoying the view of the Gulf of Mexico. Island Echos is a popular Gulf front condominium directly on the Gulf. The property includes a heated pool, shuffleboard, lighted tennis/pickle ball court, charcoal grills and a workout room. The beach is beautiful beyond belief. Come enjoy an amazing vacation here on the Emerald Coast!!!
Hurricane Policy: If the state or local government orders a mandatory evacuation for the particular area where the property is located AND you don’t stay at the property, you will receive a full refund for the nights the mandatory evacuation order is in place. Any refunds will be processed within 30 days after the event is over. Please be advised that we cannot promptly respond to support tickets during times of emergency.
Other situations, like general State of Emergency, voluntary evacuations, canceled/delayed flights, changed travel plans including blocked roads in other areas of the Country or fear of travel, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
We suggest purchasing 3rd party travel insurance when you make the booking in order to be protected for unforeseen circumstances.

A little hiccup in the beginning but our host was easy to reach and ready to help! Our stay was beautiful! Would recommend and would stay again!

Very clean and great location for families. There was not a lot to do within walking distance but a short drive brings you into Destin and it was worth it. The condo was clean but needed a few minor repairs. Overall, great stay!

5 stars for location and beach service. Beach was beautiful and the cleanest I have ever been to. As for the condo, it definitely needs some love and attention. I have rented a lot of beach units over the years in different states and this one did not reflect pride of ownership.
