Now is the time to plan a relaxing getaway at Waters Edge Condominiums, located directly on the most spectacular beaches and emerald waters of the Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast. This beautifully decorated nautical unit was just updated with new den furnishings this past fall & has 1475 square feet of all the amenities you need while you're on vacation.
This cheerful three bedroom unit at Waters Edge features direct Gulf Front Views from the balcony, which can be accessed from the master bedroom and the living area. Our unit has accommodations for up to ten people with a king size bed in the master bedroom, another king size bed in the secondary bedroom and a queen size bed in the third bedroom and a twin bunk area in the hallway.
The master also has a walk-in closet, new flat screen television, DVD player, and private bath with a walk-in shower as well as a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a 42 in flat screen TV, DVD player, and bath shared with the bunk area. The third bedroom has a flat screen TV, DVD player and a private bath. This unit features tile flooring in the master bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and the bathrooms and carpet flooring located in the second and third bedrooms.
The newly decorated living room has a new large 55 inch HD Flat-screen television, DVD player, and CD surround sound stereo system. The dining table has comfortable new updated seating for up to six people and four additional chairs located at the bar. Unique features included in the kitchen are: spacious granite countertops, full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, pots, pans and utensils, so you can make any meal you desire.
For your convenience there is free Wi-Fi, a fitness facility with cardio equipment & universal machines, and covered parking. If you have any laundry to wash during your stay you don't have to go outside the unit because it comes with a full size stackable washer/dryer. There is an onsite DVD kiosk filled with the most newly released DVDs located in the lobby area.
One special property amenity is the huge 5,000 sq. ft. gulf side pool that is split with one side being heated during cool seasons. When you are not enjoying the two beachside pools take advantage of the 2 complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella that accompanies this unit during season. Take a stroll down the boardwalk and you’re right on the over 400 feet of Gulf frontage where you can lie in the sun, build a sandcastle, play in the water, read a book or whatever you enjoy!
Sidewalks also line Santa Rosa Blvd if you would like to take a run on a solid surface. Waters Edge is conveniently located in close proximity to Fort Walton Beach and Destin restaurants and attractions. If you do decide to dine out, you will have several choices to choose from. There are many attractions in the Fort Walton Beach/Destin area for your family to enjoy while on your vacation with us.
Everything is provided … all you need is a few clothes and a swim suit.

This unit was wonderful! Every picture is exactly how it looks. We loved the view of the beach from the balcony! The beds were all very comfortable. The place was exceptionally clean and the host, Lisa, was wonderful and responded to questions very quickly. We are definitely planning to return to this exact unit! Great trip!

This is the perfect condo for one big family or 2 smaller families. It was clean and well stocked. The appliances were all new and so nice to use. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The host was so so nice and very easy to get ahold of. Definitely recommend!!

We really enjoyed this unit and the property generally. The unit is very tastefully decorated, and the kitchen has everything necessary. We appreciated being right on the ocean. We will definitely return.
