We very much enjoyed our stay in the Lil Sugar Cottage. Very nicely appointed with everything we needed. Right on the Tunnel Vision Loop mountain bike trail and convenient to everything in Bella Vista and Bentonville.

Lovely and well-appointed place. We appreciated thoughtful touches, like a list of good places to eat being provided and a well-equipped kitchen. I loved having a peaceful morning coffee on the porch overlooking nature.

Very clean cozy , it rained all day on Saturday so the car port was perfect. Beds so so comfortable. Big kitchen had everything we needed. Very nice back deck with great view.
