The cozy, spacious interior features an open floor plan, creating a welcoming atmosphere perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Location: 9/10 next to trailhead so you could ride back and forth. The bike workshop was fully stocked and useful. No sidewalks in the neighborhood.House: 6/10 The house was lacking things that are pretty standard: a dish rack, hangers, charcoal for the grill, a guest/local's guide (would have been helpful to know where to buy firewood, bedding for the sofa sleepers (kids used the throw blankets), body wash (host offered to pick some up but I had already gone to the store to purchase), very small kitchen work space, florescent light out in kitchen (host offered to replace but we chose not to have it fixed), not a lot of silverware, dryer doesn't work on high setting, a bathroom door slides open instead of staying closed. Also in the property post you will notice there are no photos of the actual shower. This is because it is very dated. The shower itself works fine but doesn't have more than 15 minutes worth of hot water.Cleanliness: 8/10 The shower curtain liner is stained pink from hard water stains and should be replaced. Some of the washcloths were stained and should be replaced. Carpet in one bedroom has a large stain and ceilings were not painted when they refreshed the property (dusty, aged)Host response: 10/10 Host responded to our concerns and we chose not to have them taken care of during our stay.Overall: this house is best suited for 2-3 people who plan on eating out most nights. We were a family of 5 and it was not a good fit for us.

Muriel was very responsive & helpful.The home had everything we neededfor a comfortable stay. The reason we visited the area from Wisconsin was the great mountain biking trails & community. We also enjoyed some good golf nearby …
