Our kids (14yo, 16yo) compete on NICA teams and have been itching to ride in the Bentonville area. We found this little gem in Bella Vista that's right at the top of a trail and jumpline. Very family-friendly, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for us and the five bikes we brought, as well as a great tool room for repairs and shoe-drying. Great property! We discovered we preferred the Slaughter Pen system and Coler Mountain to the trails around Bella Vista trails, but the house itself was great!

The host was quick to respond with questions. The house was just right for us, clean and neat, the bed was comfortable to sleep on, the living room furniture was comfortable and clean. The house is conveniently located, easy to get to Rogers or Bentonville. We enjoyed our stay, it's an absolutely beautiful area.

Muriel was very responsive & helpful.The home had everything we neededfor a comfortable stay. The reason we visited the area from Wisconsin was the great mountain biking trails & community. We also enjoyed some good golf nearby …
