Very new to mountain biking, we wanted to find a place that would accommodate our family of 5…kids ages 15,13,11…and this place was PERFECT! So many trails to explore surrounding this property, and a good range of difficulty levels. We LOVED that it was bike in, bike out…our kids just came and went as they pleased, not much traffic…and we felt safe. We ventured out to several bike trails within a short driving distance, Blowing Springs was our favorite…tons of mountain trails, and they also had great paved trails as well! The property itself offered a great “bike repair” room full of tools, which was extremely handy when we needed to change a tire! It has a very open floor plan, and spacious enough to store your bikes inside..We will definitely book this property again…the entire area was full of things to do and see!

The property was very nice. Hot shower, working AC - met both of they key requirements with flying colors. Bed was a queen, but room was large enough for a King which would be a nice upgrade for them to consider. Only odd thing that bugged my was that there was a 2x4 wood structure on the driver side of the garage bay. Easy to trip over when getting out of your car.

Very clean, which is the most important attribute. There were no lamps in the house which could be used for reading. No light by the bed I used. The bathroom needs a hook to hang cloths on when showering. Overall very well worth the price.

First and foremost the owner was very accommodating to allow us to arrive early on our first day. My husband got food poisoning the night before so being able to check in early to have bathroom facilities when needed was a godsend. The place was simple and perfect and spacious for the both of us. Easy access to and from MTB trails. Peaceful and very quiet neighborhood. Had all the amenities for the mountain biker. We will definitely be back to visit the Bentonville area and will be looking to stay at this lovely abode again.

Peaceful Setting - roomy open floor plan, GREAT STAY, loved the cyclist theme through out. Kitchen good/small with basic necessities-we didn't cook. AC works great + 2 tower fans in large bedroom closets. Need clothes hangers. Main rooms had ceiling fans. Home feeling. Excellent location for bike trails. 2 bedrooms, lovely bedding and nice decor touches.Queen beds. Comfortable memory foam mattress in 1/2 bath room, other had pillow top,too soft for our family liking. Needs more than 2 hand towels and 4 wash cloths, but didn't request additional. Be aware - Hot water limited, Less than 15 minutes, not long enough for 1 to shower. A challenge - Yikes!! but made do with planning. Was there for wedding weekend at Mildred Cooper chapel, stunning setting and perfect weather. Dogwoods tree s and other spring flowers just beginning. Overall LOVED this home - wished could stay longer. WILL BE BACK AGAIN to absorb Bella Vista beauty.and explore the trails.

Pictures were accurate. It’s not very cozy and the hot water runs out quickly. We only needed it as a place to lay our heads since we were in town to spend Thanksgiving with friends. I see the attraction for singles looking to enjoy the trails. Host was a great communicator. My 11year old bled through the sheets and didn’t tell me so we got charged an extra $50. I get it, but am discouraged by the loss. Overall great for mountain bikers maybe not so much for a family w/kids.

Excellent cabin on the edge of some of the popular trails. You feel like you are in the middle of the woods, by yourself. Fully stocked cabin with everything you need, but if you run out the store is only minutes away. Highly recommend and we'll be back.

The house was about 100 yards from the Huntley Gravity Zone Trail hub. Perfect for our stay. The location gave us the opportunity to explore the mountain bike trails in the Sugar area, yet close to Bentonville to ride Slaughter Pen and Coller. I was able to link trails from the house to downtown Bentonville without being on a road. The home was comfortable and well stocked with basic Necessities. Small bike shop and wash down station were a huge plus. Communicating with the property owner was easy and fast. I’ll be back this Fall and look forward to renting this property again.
