3 BR house close Bike Trails, OZ Trails Bike Park, Crystal Bridges

Keith is an excellent host for this convenient, comfortable, spacious house! My husband and I were unable to move into our new house because our contractor didn't do his work. We moved into 11 Dunsford thinking we only needed a few extra days, but matters got worse. We needed extensionS for our stay because new problems were discovered. Keith kindly accommodated us for each extension. We fired the contractor, knowing we weren't homeless, and finished his work ourselves. Having a safe, clean, comfortable home to rest in each night was excellent. Plus, the beauty out the back windows provides great peace! Thank you, Keith!

The hosts are absolutely the kindest and most inviting people. Their level of communication is unmatched and conveys a genuine sense of hospitality. Their house was exactly as described and offered us a perfect place to relax and enjoy ourselves in Arkansas. The house was clean and well furnished. We enjoyed spending the mornings and evenings resting on the deck watching the deer and listening to the birds. With the proximity to the many trails, we hiked to several waterfalls and enjoyed views of the area lakes. We really appreciated the opportunity to be guests in their house.

Convenient location and very quiet. Kitchen was well stocked. Use of the garage was very helpful and somewhat unusual in a VRBO. Listing for entertainment said satellite/cable with Netflix and Peacock Plus. Peacock was actually not included. TV was actually over the air for the four major networks, plus the commonly available free streaming services (e.g. Tubi, Samsung TV).Overall, very good, except for the TV issue, which may not matter to you.

Keith did a great job answering my questions. The property was very nice, roomy and very clean. The owners have updated a number of things in the house and stocked good small appliances for our use. We’ll be back!
