My family of 5 stayed here. My husband, 2 adult daughters, and 1 daughter's boyfriend stayed. The only complaint I have is that there weren't enough hand towels. In the laundry, there was a sign asking not to wash the linens, but I didn't want to use the same hand towel for 6 days. The property is nicely equipped otherwise. The backyard area is very peaceful, and we even had a mama deer and her young babies visit in the early morning. I did a lot of relaxing and reading in the serene setting. The young adults enjoyed the fact that there was a smart TV in all the bedrooms.

Everyone in the group agreed, this is the best short term rental we've stayed in this year. We've been down to Bentonville 8 or 9 times this year, and this was by far the most MTB friendly place we've been. Everything form tools and bike stands in the garage, to WORKING TVs in every room. This place is perfect, and located right at the top of Huntley Gravity Zone! Would definitely stay there again!

Loved this house in Bella Vista. It had everything we needed for the weekend. We were sad the weather didn’t cooperate so that we could enjoy the outdoor fire pit. It was a wonderful stay and we’ll definitely be back.

We loved staying here! Every morning we got to wake up and build a fire in the woods, which was the dream. So much privacy on the property. A really sweet neighbor! House had everything we needed. I noticed there had been negative comments about the living room furniture being uncomfortable and small from previous guests and the hosts seem to have put in a nice new couch (it was different from the pictures). I thought that was really cool.

Great place to stay thats not too far out of town. We were able to put up family and friends for the weekend for college graduation. The space was perfect for us all to come together and eat and visit after graduation! Perfect!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is clean and nicely styled. The kitchen had items needed to make regular meals. The bedrooms were nice size for two per room. The host communicated quickly with a couple questions I had. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Lots of wildlife to view from the windows. We could park in the garage however the opener wasn't working so we used the button on the wall (easy future fix). Although you're further out from most shopping/activities/restaurants, it was an easy and often scenic drive to everything. We'd definitely stay again! Our only complaint is the couch needs to updated. We avoided sitting on it. The rest of the furnishings were beautiful, modern and comfortable. Five star stay!

PERFECT location to ride in/out. Kitchen was nicely supplied with utensils for cooking. Loved the garage with tools and bike stand. Not comfortable to relax after a day of riding. The living room furniture was dirty, small and extremely uncomfortable. The beds are all spring mattress beds and definitely could use updating. Definitely could use some upgrades but isn’t a horrible place to stay.

The house was perfect for our family of six, and in great condition. We enjoyed the proximity to the gravity trails and hanging out in the back yard. Some very minor suggestions - a few more cups and silverware, another couch or chair in the family room, and a towel rack in the master bathroom. But we would totally stay here again.

Place was great. Very clean and updated. Couch wasn't very comfortable and the living room wasn't setup for a large group. However, since I was solo this trip, it didn't create any issues for me. Enjoyed the access to trails and courses. Look forward to coming back and would definitely look to stay here again with my wife.

Property was clean and as described Communication was spot on! This location worked out better than expected with my family. We have 2 small boys (5 and 7) and going out to do very short rides close to the house was perfect. Worked out great for me as well when we have 20-30min of down time I could go get some fun laps in at the Huntley gravity zone which is a very short ride from the property(1-2min ride). Looking forward to staying again!

We were out and about with family so only used the coffee maker, but the kitchen is fully functional. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay. The outside porch was perfect for coffee in the morning. The house was clean and offered everything we needed for a quiet getaway. The house has all the basics you would expect. Having garage access with a bike stand and tools is a nice perk for anyone hitting the trails. If you are a mountain biker and planning a trip to NWA, this is a good place to stay. As others have mentioned, there are trails right outside the property and many more within a short drive away. The host are friendly and timely with communication. When an issue arose, they remediated it as quickly as possible. We could not have expected more. Overall, we had a nice stay and recommend this place to anyone heading to NWA.

Overall we really enjoyed this property. We liked the location - very relaxing and off the beaten path while still being close to stores and restaurants. Bike trail right off the property! The only thing I might add is it is pretty sparse as far as commodities- some starter coffee and bottled water would be a nice addition. Loved the screened in porch and the swings!! Even saw several deer. Tanyard creek is close and such a fun hike with the kids. We will be back! Thanks

This property had everything we needed. Very clean. Steps away from trails. Scenic 20 min drive to Bentonville square. Super easy check-in/check-out. Garage tools were great for getting set to go for a bike ride! We've already booked a return trip!

First time renting an entire house for our family vacation. The wife was always paranoid about staying in somebody else’s house vs a hotel. I’ve never really considered the idea until I was turned on to it by co-workers. I can’t express how awesome it is to have separate rooms for the kids, a frig, more than one bathroom, etc. As for this particular house; great location (there are really only two other nearby houses), easy 20 mins from Bentonville, great size for family of 4, huge backyard with patio. Everything was clean including dishes. WiFi worked perfectly. If you’re a trail rider, there are trails in short walking distance. My only complaints; patio area could’ve been slightly cleaner (being nit picky), doors could use a little WD40, there was no iron or garage door opener. That said, fantastic experience, fantastic stay, I rate it a 9 of 10. The wife gave it a 9.9 wishing for more towels and an iron. If you’re thinking about, think no more—do it, you won’t regret it.

We had a great time exploring the town of Bella Vista and nearby Centerton and Bentonville! The house was absolutely gorgeous, the outdoor area is perfect for relaxing. The owner's attention to detail is unmatched, they had everything you could think of. There is a beautiful creek nearby with hiking trails and swimming holes (Tanyard Creek), and the home is only about 20 minutes from Crystal Bridges Museum! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to explore the area.
