Located on the first floor overlooking the courtyard, this charming apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Completely renovated in 2023, the apartment features a warm atmosphere and contemporary decor.
The 81m2 apartment features :
- a veranda and a small private terrace,
- a large, bright living room under a glass roof,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- one bedroom with double bed (140cm),
- a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm),
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, hair dryer, iron, hangers, fan,
- cot, children's games, toys, books and children's books
- Wifi.
Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
→ A high-quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo

The Père Lachaise cemetery, one of the most visited cemeteries in the world, is located in the 11th arrondissement. It is home to the graves of many famous personalities, artists, writers and politicians, including Jim Morrison, Édith Piaf, Oscar Wilde and Victor Hugo. In addition to its historical significance, the cemetery is also a peaceful, leafy spot offering a quiet escape from the heart of the city.
From small traditional bistros to gourmet restaurants and local markets, there are plenty of options in the 11th arrondissement to suit all tastes.

We are in Paris quite often and this is one of the best places we have stayed over the years. Incredibly well equipped (including a very nice coffee maker) and well renovated with great modern touches.
The star of the show is clearly the living room with the amazing light and bright lights windows in all directions, a nice sunspot even crawls its way across the room through the day. You will still feel privacy thanks to being tucked away inside the courtyard behind a bustling street.
I also have to give a shoutout to one of the best bathrooms we’ve had at a place in Paris (though arguably not the hardest challenge!) and the bedrooms and bedding (nice pillows!) are all perfect.
Finally, this is a great location if you don’t want to be right in the center of Paris but still completely get the vibes, or you have a thing for famous cemeteries. :)
