– on the ground floor: one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, served by a full bathroom;
– on the upper floor: a master double suite with private bathroom and a sea-view terrace. Each bedroom features spacious wardrobes and a pleasant view of the surrounding landscape.

The private garden, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, includes a private outdoor pool with sunbathing area, loungers and an outdoor shower. PAYMENTS & SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card (card must be physically present). The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time depends on your bank). In the event of damage or rule violations, a portion of the deposit may be retained to cover the costs.

TOURIST TAX

To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.

BOOKING DETAILS

Klodge properties are privately owned homes managed under short-term tourist rental regulations (Law 431/98 and art. 21bis Regional Law 16/17 – Sardinia Region). As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may show minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality. Klodge is a professional real-estate intermediary specialised in short-term holiday rentals.

ONLINE CHECK-IN & CONTRACT

Online check-in is required after booking (upload of documents and selfies for all guests). Your data will be handled in compliance with GDPR regulations. A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract is in Italian, and a courtesy English version will be provided before arrival.

KEY COLLECTION

Keys and documents are handed over at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

WASTE SEPARATION

A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Please dispose of all rubbish correctly before departure.
