Welcome to our family home, an independent first-floor apartment in the heart of Budoni, recently renovated. It’s ideal for groups or families seeking comfort, relaxation, and a strategic base to explore Sardinia.
Comfort and entertainment for everyone
The spacious living room features sofa beds, Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, a Nintendo Wii with balance board, books, and board games. For perfect climate control, you’ll find both air conditioning and a pellet stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, air fryer, and all essential utensils. The sleeping area has two double bedrooms with linens, separated by a large bathroom with double sinks and continuous hot water.
Outdoor relaxation and peace
The highlight is the large covered veranda with a table for six and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining. There’s also a washing machine and beach gear (umbrellas and toys). Despite the central location, the apartment faces the back: double glazing, mosquito screens, and blackout shutters ensure total rest. Free parking is always available right outside.
Everything within reach (even without a car!)
Right downstairs: restaurants, bars, markets, bakery, and shops. On foot: the beautiful Salamaghe and Stella Marina beaches are just a 10-minute walk away. At 200 meters: the pedestrian area with evening markets, events in Piazza Giubileo, and the Free Beach Bus stop, the free shuttle to all Budoni’s beaches and villages. Connections: Olbia airport and port are only 20–30 minutes by car. The main bus stop is 200 meters away—ideal for those traveling without their own vehicle.
