Blízkost pláže i obchodů a restaurací.
Nedostatečné sítě proti hmyzu, koupili jsme RAID do zásuvek a nechali pro další použití. Bez repelentu se venku sedět nedalo.

Érkezés előtt egy nappal e-mail-ben megkaptuk a lakásra vonatkozó instrukciókat egy 16 oldalas mellékletben. A lakás egy nyaraló padlásterében van, amelynek felszerelése megfelelő volt. Az utca felöli és a tenger felöli teraszok hangulatosak és megnövelték a teret. Pár perces séta után már a strandon voltunk. Pár száz méterre egy jól felszerelt EuroSpin üzlet és a főút melletti üzletek, éttermek találhatók.
A környék utcáiban lévő, a 70-80-as évek retro hangulatát sugárzó családi nyaralók és ott mulató (Adriani Celentano: Azzuro, stb.) olasz családok hétvégi éjszakai hangzavara nekünk annyira nem jött be. A nyílászárókat nyitva kellett hagyni egy kis légmozgás érdekében, mert a ventillátorok nem pótolták a klímaberendezések hiányát. A szúnyoghálók nem tartották vissza a szűnyogokat, ezért szúnyogriasztókat kellett vásárolni. A mosogatógép hiánya nem probléma, azonban a rendelkezésre álló edények és evőeszközök kissé ragadósak voltak, emiatt kétszer kellett mosogatni.

Everything was perfect. Cleanliness of the apartment was superb. Apartment was very spacious. Two balconies, one east and one west sides were very convenient to chill with or without sunlight. Apartment was very well equipped from kitchen appliances to beach umbrellas. Huge collection of tableware. There was also washing machine, cloth drying rack, iron. Gaia, the host, was very friendly and amazingly responsive and eager to help. Beach is 5min walk, market is even closer and very nice restaurants are in close proximity. Despite of that, the neighbourhood is very quiet and intimate. Whole Budoni village is a nice small town to visit. Closest beach is amazingly clean and the water is crystal clear. Very easy to get to the apartment. Gated parking spot is also available. I would totally recommend this place for anyone seeking for quiet place to stay by the see and chill. There's nothing to complain about. 10/10!
